Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of rekatur.com, run by Rekatur Technology Enterprise (202603268423 / IP0633802-D), a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia ("Rekatur", "we", "us"). By using this site you agree to them.
1. Prices on this site
Prices shown are starting prices to help you plan. They are not an offer. The price for your project is the one in the written quotation we send you after a call, and it applies only once you accept it.
2. Projects
- Every project is governed by its written quotation or agreement. If that document and these terms differ, the quotation or agreement applies.
- A 50% deposit starts the project, unless the quotation says otherwise.
- Third-party costs, such as domain names, Apple and Google app store fees, and paid services your project needs, are paid by you directly to those providers unless the quotation says otherwise.
- Care and hosting plans are billed monthly as set out in the quotation.
3. Content and brand
The text, design, code and graphics on this site, and the Rekatur name and logo, belong to Rekatur. You may share links to the site, but please do not copy its content or design for your own use without asking us first. Screenshots of client work use sample data, not real customer records.
4. Links to other sites
This site links to WhatsApp, Google Calendar and other services. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
5. Accuracy and liability
We keep this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided as general information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by relying on it without first confirming with us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.
6. Your data
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
